Based in Gadsden, Alabama, the Greater Etowah 310 Board offers a wide variety of services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. At the present time, services provided consist of Facility Day Habilitation, Community Day Habilitation, Community Experience, and Residential Services.

In addition to the services offered to local individuals, Greater Etowah provides the following services to its subcontractors: CPR Certification, First-Aid Certification, Certification in the Art of Managing Aggressive Behaviors, Certification in Completing Rights Assessments, and Quality Enhancement Services.
